Strategic Advantages stem naturally when the Organization is present multilaterally at all the levels of the Global Steel Supply Chain, right from procuring steel scrap generated from the recycling of cars to selling Prime Grade Cold Rolled Steel for the same Automobile Industry or buying billets from the same Mill to whom we are selling Scrap. Our presence at each level of the supply chain gives us a dynamic competitive edge. Also the breadth and reach of our global network gives us a thorough understanding of the intricate interdependencies of the world's steel markets and thus offering a deeper insight into global steel price movements.

We understand that Steel and Metal markets are volatile. They change with the political situations, with shifts in supply and demand, and with currency fluctuations. They change with the weather, with election and with economic breakdowns. Our strength lies in being able to anticipate and react to change faster and more effectively than our competitors. Our experienced team receive up-to-the-minute data on who is buying or selling scrap, what kind, where, and for how much. We are thus able to provide real time information on price trends and market situations to both buyers and suppliers and offers most competitive rates to both.

We chose both our suppliers and customers very carefully as we consider them as our business partners and we believe it is our responsibility to protect interests of both. While choosing our business partners, we do thorough reference and background check, only once we are sure of their credibility that we start our business with them. We prefer to personally visit the yards / Mills of our suppliers so we can see the quality first-hand. Similarly we give personal visit to our buyers to see their setup. This helps to foster good long-terms relationships and trust with both our buyers and suppliers and therein lies our strength.

The other strong point of the Organization is Research & Development, where we regularly endeavour to improve and innovate:

  • by updating and differentiating existing product offerings as well introducing new product offerings.
  • by identifying and filling the gaps in the value chain.
  • finding innovative logistics, delivery and finance solutions.
